Tutorial: Interactive Mode Webinar
This tutorial is aimed at new users who are using, or are going to use Colosseum, for their experiments, for the first time. This tutorial video is designed to be like a “hands-on how-to” guide for the new users. It starts with a brief system overview of Colosseum, which will make the users aware of the different nuts and bolts in the entire colosseum system. After this overview, the next steps covered are on how to access the resources in Colosseum, like reserving nodes (we like to call them software radio nodes or SRNs) for user experiments. Then the users will be shown how to login to the SRNs and make necessary changes in order to do a multi-node experiment in Colosseum. At the end of this session, the user will be aware of the colosseum architecture and how the different modules interact with each other during the course of an experiment. The users will get the know-how to conduct such experiments successfully, and how to access the experiment logs after runtime, for post-processing and experiment evaluation.
Note
This tutorial assumes that the users are using Linux systems, are familiar with basic Linux commands, and have basic knowledge of computer networks.
